  1. as a mixtape, Syndromes 1 by J-Rocc, somehow that always popped up at the craziest hours of the day, must've listened it a million times
  2. i quite enjoyed listening to tapes during driving(had an old peugeot for while). No skipping or forwarding just patiently listening to what's coming. I stil have a box of tapes with albums which i bought in PL in the 90s with all kinds of genres and i dug up some oldtapes from the 'walkman years' A walkman doesn't atttract me considering that the batteries run empty quicky than i opt for the phone. Still a good Aiwa or sony walkman still gets my attention, love the designs😅
  3. Got a belated bday present from my pals, the Liven lofi-12 sampler. Quite funny thing it kinda emulates 12bit samplers from the 80/90s
  4. Some november darkness
  5. didn't do it myself but you can use it in many ways, you can even get traktor running on a raspberry pi and place it into a mixer.
  6. But yeah i get it, 2012 is old 😆
  7. Stems, no i didn't try that Tbear but, i dont foresee problems with it, traktor takes little cpu Ableton live/traktor will run simulteaniously for example (16gb ram) Also Traktor and Maschine
  8. Got myself a rp-8000 again, the previous one had issues and i returned it earlier this year. Plus took a reloop RMX fader also as a spare for the Z2, i can confirm it works as an x-fader and as a linefader but the stem is a bit longer, you need to cut that in the right lenght, just a few millimeters so your fingers don't go under the fader cap
  9. I have a 2012 mbp just for that, runs flawless for just traktor with dvs, also with Obs etc it still runs okay plus they are build like a tank. My 2019 model isn't that robust
  10. it's not my cup of tea but honestly, technology is developing so yeah who knows. For kids i can imagine it's just cool Totally not in to games or VR things but i checked a few times at a friend, you could fly through the streets of a deserted Paris, i loved that. I see myself walking through strange places on google maps with goggles on, once i'm old and stationary. Maybe it already exists?
  11. I hope they will implement: people with cold sweat due to the wrong substance they took, a concrete bunker with a thick smoke of ganja, a dozen of idiots holding monologues about their carreers as a techo dj, a few promotors that took the cash and some bored hiphop dj's standing in a corner, complaining the dj doesn't cut it up at all. Than its pretty real
  12. i bet the scaffoldings gonna look like a spider on lsd making a web😆
  13. Soundwise i wouldn't worry, i don't use it myself but used it from others a few times, it sounded good to me.(edit, for twelve or serato in general, not controllers) I'm not sure why it took so long to repair, wether it was the availabilty of the parts or 3rd party politics. But i guess a local repairshop could repair it as well, they tend to think differently sometimes and seee it as a challenge. The MPC is more a community thing, i think you can replace everything on a MPC. They were build well in terms of sustainablity, something you could service instead of throwing PCB's to the trash or whatever
  14. Keep in mind, service & repair are a pain in the ass, a fellow dj had the previous model serviced for a few buttons..it took 7 months(that's for the netherlands)
  15. dj krush👍 didnt see that coming
